Firstly, what is going on in Iraq is the deliberate destruction of that nation. The looting of Iraq’s National Museum, and the burning of its National Library and Archives, constitutes cultural genocide, which was deliberately allowed—and encouraged—to take place under the watchful eye of the U.S. military occupying forces, which had been ordered not to interfere. Iraq’s 5,000-year history has been wiped out, in less than a week. (The only sites protected by the U.S. military were the Oil Ministry, and oil production facilities.) The deliberate destruction of a people’s culture and its history is, in fact, a crime against humanity, and falls under the definition of genocide. This Dark Age scenario is what the Chickenhawks are pushing. It’s well known that the neo-con, Chickenhawk crowd is backed by Jewish gangsters, but people are afraid to say it openly because they will be smeared as “anti-Semitic.” Under these circumstances telling the truth is scary! But as La-Rouche put it: If we don’t tell the truth, we are opening the gates of Hell.
Secondly, what the Straussian Chickenhawk gang has done, is the equivalent of a coup d’ etat against the United States government and the Presidency: The Congress is neutralized; the Supreme Court is corrupt; the institutions of the Executive Branch are neutralized, because the President is a mental case, and has been taken over the neo-cons. LaRouche’s people in the U.S. are the only ones who can possibly incite a counter-coup. Pressure and support for such a counter-coup can also come from outside, but it must be done from inside the U.S. There are many means, under the laws and Constitution of the United States that this can be done. What is being done, by Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and Co., to Iraq, and what is at this minute being planned for Syria, Iran, and others, are crimes under the Nuremberg Principles. The “pre-emptive” attack on Iraq was a violation of the Charter of the United Nations and other treaty agreements to which the U.S. is a party. Therefore, one element of carrying out a lawful and Constitutional “counter-coup,” is to indict and prosecute Rumsfeld and his collaborators for violations of the Nuremberg Principles, which are the “Law of the Land.” They are guilty of crimes against humanity, and the offense of waging aggressive war, for which German and Japanese officials were tried, and hung, after World War II.
